Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document and track all customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or appropriate teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in technical support or BPO industry is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
