Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to standard operating procedures and repair orders.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify mechanical, electrical, or structural issues.
- Provide accurate and transparent repair estimates to customers before commencing work.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and repair requirements.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
