We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our growing team in Kota Damansara. Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on technical equipment and systems to ensure peak operational performance.
- Diagnose technical malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Install, calibrate, and test new hardware/components according to engineering specifications.
- Maintain accurate logs of all service activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and potential improvements.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist in the setup of prototype testing environments for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving engineering standards.
