Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and troubleshoot hot and cold kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, and walk-in coolers
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and provide effective repair solutions
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely support to minimize client downtime
- Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and technical documentation
- Communicate with clients to explain equipment operation, maintenance requirements, and repair options
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Technical/vocational education in electronics, electromechanical, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, gas plumbing, and electrical components
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment
