Responsibilities
- Execute the installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions efficiently.
- Perform on-site repairs and system adjustments to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and maintenance procedures.
- Manage site documentation, including service reports and commissioning checklists, to maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with project managers to oversee project execution and ensure timelines are strictly met.
- Respond to emergency service calls to minimize system downtime and enhance overall operational reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and PLC systems commonly used in environmental control units.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, piping diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure project environments.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Johor region.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Malay to effectively interact with local clients and team members.
