Join Asia Advance Human Resource as a Technician specializing in Semiconductor and Chillers. As part of our service team, you will collaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure optimal performance of chillers, validate cooling capacity, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to equipment alerts. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnostics on semiconductor chillers and related cooling systems.
- Install, calibrate, and commission chillers and cooling equipment for production lines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues; document root causes and corrective actions.
- Execute routine inspections, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and vendors to schedule maintenance with minimal downtime.
- Maintain spare parts inventory, order parts, and manage service records.
- Prepare service reports and ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ITE/Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Experience in servicing/maintaining chillers, HVAC, or semiconductor cooling equipment.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools; basic PLC knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work on-site at Changi and participate in on-call/shift arrangements as required.
- Good communication and teamwork; safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of safety regulations and PPE usage in industrial environments.
