Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Technology Centre, aligning with global shared services objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, applications, and network security to ensure robust and reliable service delivery.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud migration, and AI integration.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize technology spend.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and system uptime.
- Champion cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Shared Services or BPO.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale IT infrastructure and enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or CISSP are highly valued.
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual capability (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia) is advantageous.
