Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote insurance products and services.
  • Follow prepared scripts and tailor pitches to address customer needs and objections effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
