In this role, you will utilize provided lead lists to contact key decision-makers in various businesses. Your success will be measured by the quality of leads generated and appointments set. We provide full training and a competitive hourly rate of $8–$10.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective corporate clients from provided databases.
  • Present and promote Decobar's commercial interior design services effectively.
  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted calling campaigns.
  • Schedule appointments for design consultants with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships over time.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar outbound sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and persuade potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
