Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products and services
- Present offers persuasively while addressing customer needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Handle objections professionally and resolve customer complaints with empathy
- Collaborate with team members and attend team meetings to share insights and strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification
- Strong proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Openness and willingness to learn with a positive attitude towards outbound calling
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
