Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telemarketing specialists to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals.
- Develop and implement innovative telemarketing and fundraising strategies to maximize donor acquisition.
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive, real-time coaching to improve agent performance and conversion metrics.
- Analyze team performance data and generate actionable reports to optimize tactical campaign activities.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to ensure compliance with fundraising policies and brand standards.
- Manage team scheduling, attendance, and administrative documentation to maintain high operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a telemarketing, sales, or fundraising environment.
