As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for managing direct contact with clients, primarily US Law Enforcement Agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in US law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present our products and services.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide accurate product information and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule to accommodate US time zones.
- Residents of Iloilo City or nearby areas preferred.
