You will assist with marina operations, support front-desk functions, coordinate berthing arrangements, and help maintain the pristine condition of the facilities. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily marina operations including berthing, docking, and vessel movements.
- Provide courteous and efficient front-desk service to members, guests, and visitors.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support the coordination of events and activities held at the marina.
- Perform routine inspections of marina premises to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate records of berth allocations, fuel sales, and service logs.
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment of marina supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification; hospitality or marine-related studies a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, or marina operations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office and reservation systems.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, walking, and light lifting.
- Valid Singapore work pass (for foreigners) or eligibility to work locally.
