Michael Page is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager HVAC to join our client's dynamic sales team in Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth in the HVAC industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales growth within the HVAC sector across your assigned territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders while developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the HVAC industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments within assigned territory
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the HVAC or building services industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and market trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within territory
