Join Unitama Sari Mas as a Territory Sales Supervisor and lead our sales team in the dynamic market of Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, mentor a team of field sales representatives, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for expansion. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in the Kupang area.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, product visibility, and competitor movements.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional plans.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader in the same industry (FMCG, consumer goods, or related field).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Kupang and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
