Responsibilities

  • Process passenger ticket sales accurately based on route, travel date, and preferred departure time.
  • Handle cash and digital payments securely, ensuring all collections balance at the end of each shift.
  • Provide accurate information to passengers regarding ferry schedules, fare rates, and travel requirements.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve booking issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming ticketing counter environment.
  • Coordinate with terminal staff to ensure smooth passenger flow during boarding times.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and documentation for management review.
  • Adhere strictly to company safety and ticketing protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in cashiering, customer service, or a ticketing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and high level of attention to detail for financial accuracy.
