Responsibilities
- Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues on heavy equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on Komatsu, Bomag, and LS machinery
- Support equipment inspections and prepare detailed service reports
- Learn to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and service areas
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and technical skill development programs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance work
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Malaysia Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components
- Strong interest in heavy equipment and machinery maintenance
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and accept guidance from experienced technicians
- Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions
