Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or a Vocational/Technical Certificate (SKM) in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong interest in machinery mechanics and a desire to build a career in the trades.
  • Ability to perform manual labor and handle heavy tools safely.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina for working in a workshop/field environment.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and highly coachable with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driving license (Class D or GDL) is considered a strong advantage.
