Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls professionally to provide excellent service and support for travel-related inquiries.
  • Utilize various software platforms to book flights, hotels, and tours accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to travel cancellations or booking modifications with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to the Team Leader to meet daily KPIs and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert advice and recommendations to travelers.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and participating in coaching sessions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a call center, travel agency, or hospitality-related role is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across various applications.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
