Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings and itineraries.
- Assist clients with flight, hotel, car rental, and tour package reservations.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with policies.
- Resolve complaints and service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination advisories.
- Process payments securely and maintain detailed records of transactions.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to fulfill special requests.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and promotional offers.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a travel or hospitality account.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have valid work authorization in the Philippines.
- Experience with travel booking platforms like Sabre, Amadeus, or GDS is an advantage.
