Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Assist clients with flight, hotel, car rental, and tour package reservations.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with policies.
  • Resolve complaints and service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination advisories.
  • Process payments securely and maintain detailed records of transactions.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to fulfill special requests.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and promotional offers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a travel or hospitality account.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
