Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional travel booking and customer support services to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate closely with the team leader and colleagues to ensure seamless customer journey experiences.
- Accurately process travel reservations, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
