Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to introduce and sell products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals via phone and email.
- Accurately track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, strategies, and best practices.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in an outbound call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Comfortable working night shifts and reporting onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- College graduate (any field) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Willing to start immediately (ASAP).
