Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule landscaping appointments, jobs, and crew shifts efficiently.
- Respond to client emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and maintain the client database and CRM system with accurate information.
- Assist with basic invoicing, billing, and tracking of service payments.
- Coordinate with landscaping staff to ensure job requirements are met and deadlines are kept.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on job progress and operational status.
- Order and track necessary landscaping supplies, tools, or materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of landscaping services or the trades industry is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
