Faito is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our facility in Jakarta Timur. As a key leader in our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, optimizing storage solutions, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and logistics, with proven experience in managing inbound/outbound processes, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to align inbound shipments with production schedules.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time, labor efficiency) and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control best practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
