Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality plans for new product introductions and process changes.
- Lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and support supplier quality assessments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including work instructions and reports.
- Train and mentor team members on quality tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality role within an electronics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 standards.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for crossâfunctional collaboration.
- Detailâoriented with a proactive mindset for problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
