Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quality plans for new product introductions and process changes.
  • Lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal audits and support supplier quality assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including work instructions and reports.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality role within an electronics or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 standards.
  • Proven expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset for problem solving.
