Are you a creative design professional with a keen eye for detail? CommSec is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D AutoCAD/SketchUp Drafter to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. Responsibilities
- Create accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop high-fidelity 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural blueprints and project specifications.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and project stakeholders.
- Manage project files and revisions efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Conduct site visits or coordinate with internal teams to verify design measurements as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD/SketchUp Drafter or similar design role.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp is essential.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing design requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree or Certification in Architecture, Interior Design, or Drafting Technology is preferred.
