Innogen Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our dynamic design team in Malaysia. This role focuses on translating client briefs into compelling visual concepts and practical design solutions for interior and architectural projects. You will collaborate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and clients to develop ideas from concept through construction documentation and on-site support.
Key responsibilities include generating innovative 3D models and renderings, assisting with concept development, space planning, and layout optimization, and producing clear construction drawings and material specifications. You will also help coordinate with consultants, ensure designs conform to budget and schedule, and support fabrication and site implementation to ensure projects are delivered with quality and precision.
We are looking for a proactive communicator with strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance aesthetics with practicality. The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects, from contemporary interiors to architectural installations, across diverse clients in Selangor and beyond.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering tools is essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization, modeling, and presentation skills is required. Experience with BIM workflows, construction documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop 3D design concepts aligned with client briefs and site constraints.
- Perform space planning and layout optimization for interior and architectural projects.
- Create accurate 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and related tools.
- Produce construction documentation, details, and material specifications for fabrication and on-site execution.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized and compliant with codes.
- Support on-site during site visits, review shop drawings, and assist with fabrication coordination.
- Maintain organized project files, manage revisions, and ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization, modeling, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, construction documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate client briefs into feasible design solutions and adapt to changing project needs.
