Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative/production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including project scoping, budget allocation, and timeline management.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster client retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to develop impactful advertising solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and review meetings.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns or project bottlenecks with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Oversee project administration, including invoicing, contract renewals, and resource scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Proven track record in managing multiple client accounts and complex creative projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and profitability.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Malay/Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional patience under tight deadlines.
