Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels, aligning field and inside sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs in the life sciences market.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems and forecast sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to develop account strategies and support joint customer visits.
- Provide post‑sale support, including order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Eppendorf’s product innovations.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles within the life sciences, laboratory, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with scientists, lab managers, and procurement professionals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region for customer visits or events.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) are a plus.
