Our Demand Solutions team is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our Singapore office. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our sophisticated advertising technology and our key partners, including top-tier Brands, Media Agencies, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).

You will be responsible for driving platform adoption, managing complex campaign workflows, and ensuring our clients achieve exceptional performance outcomes. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of programmatic advertising with a passion for relationship management and strategic problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing agency and brand-direct partners to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Onboard new partners onto the demand platform, providing comprehensive training and ongoing technical support.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization strategies to exceed client KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and technical discrepancies in collaboration with internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform our regional product roadmap.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the APAC programmatic space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, ad operations, or digital sales within the AdTech/Programmatic ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of the RTB landscape, DSPs, SSPs, and third-party measurement tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a distinct advantage.
