Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process daily financial transactions including cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Issue accurate invoices, receipts, and purchase orders to clients and vendors.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing financial documents, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
  • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing activities and preparation of financial summaries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier counter environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing billing inquiries and resolving transaction discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as a Cashier, Admin Cashier, or Finance Admin.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
