Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to franchisees and branch offices, including document preparation, scheduling, and recordâkeeping.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate the distribution of operational manuals, marketing materials, and compliance guidelines to all franchise locations.
- Monitor franchise performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and meetings for franchise staff.
- Maintain accurate databases of franchise contacts, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they have the resources needed to launch successfully.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards across all franchise sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative, office support, or franchise support roles (2+ years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastâpaced environment.
- Customerâservice oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and problemâsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with franchise operations or retail industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
