As our Admin Customer, you will manage daily administrative tasks while serving as the primary point of contact for our catering clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate and process catering orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with the kitchen team.
  • Maintain systematic records of daily sales, invoices, and customer transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and update delivery schedules to ensure logistics run smoothly for all catering clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team regarding inventory and supply requests.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer feedback and order volume for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant certification in Administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, admin, or F&B operations role is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate politely and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to the Sleman, DI Yogyakarta area.
