You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online storefronts across various marketplaces. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for assigned online stores, including product uploads, description optimization, and categorization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set competitive product pricing and implement promotional discounts.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, chat messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and synchronize stock levels across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Process incoming orders, manage fulfillment tracking, and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
  • Analyze daily sales performance and provide weekly reports on store traffic and conversion rates.
  • Perform regular quality checks on product listings to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Admin, Marketplace Specialist, or similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with major Indonesian marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
