In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital store operations, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online storefronts across various marketplaces. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and capable of balancing administrative tasks with proactive customer engagement. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for assigned online stores, including product uploads, description optimization, and categorization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to set competitive product pricing and implement promotional discounts.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, chat messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and synchronize stock levels across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Process incoming orders, manage fulfillment tracking, and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
- Analyze daily sales performance and provide weekly reports on store traffic and conversion rates.
- Perform regular quality checks on product listings to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Admin, Marketplace Specialist, or similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with major Indonesian marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize digital assets effectively.
