Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Ensure accuracy of shipped goods and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and support stock reconciliation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, returns, and after‑sales service.
- Assist in updating product listings and promotional content on e‑commerce platforms.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators for the online shop.
- Support the finance team with expense tracking and budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in administrative or online shop support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, or Shopify.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Indonesian.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
