Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency across cross-market projects.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with company standards.
- Support the management team in preparing reports, presentations, and operational correspondence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate office supply procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in the scheduling and organization of meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
