Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily medication dispatch schedules for courier delivery.
  • Verify patient order details and ensure accuracy in shipping documentation.
  • Monitor and track real-time delivery status to ensure timely arrival at patient locations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with delivery personnel and internal sales teams.
  • Handle administrative documentation and data entry for sales and dispatch records.
  • Proactively troubleshoot minor delivery delays or address logistical discrepancies.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing daily reports on delivery performance and operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational tasks.
  • Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Based in or able to commute to Jakarta Selatan.
