Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professional courtesy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate office schedules, appointments, and logistics for team meetings.
- Support operational departments with data entry and administrative verification tasks.
- Ensure office procedures are followed and contribute to the improvement of administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with high integrity regarding data confidentiality.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
