Saka Agung Abadi is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Warehouse to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all inventory movements, documentation, and reporting are handled with precision and efficiency. As our Admin Warehouse, you will play a critical role in supporting our logistics and manufacturing workflow. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure accurate data entry, and contribute to the overall productivity of our facility. We value proactive individuals who can take ownership of their tasks and contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Monitor and update inventory records accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with the logistics team to prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and stock receipts.
- Conduct regular stock-takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse activity reports for management review.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation complies with company safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience working in warehouse administration or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.
