Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory control systems using AI-powered tools and software
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems to prevent stock discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Train warehouse staff on inventory management procedures and technology use
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software and AI-driven logistics tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with process improvement
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, etc.)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
