Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
- Process daily operational documents, including invoices, delivery orders, and reports.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support branch productivity and inter-departmental communication.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available for operational needs.
- Assist in data entry and maintain company databases with high accuracy.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review regarding administrative performance.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage schedules for branch activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.
- Willing to be based in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.
