Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage calendars for team members.
- Support data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in company databases.
- Provide front-desk support, greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of office equipment and standard office procedures.
