Job Description
Prima Vista Solutions is a leading service provider seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Officer to join our team in Lampung. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our operational support, ensuring that all logistics and technical requests are processed with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process operational requests from the Preparation team regarding Cash Management (CM) activities.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for hardware deployment, retrieval, replacement, and roll-out schedules.
- Ensure timely standby event coordination and monitoring of site maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records for all equipment and supplies, including paper rolls and technical assets.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with field technicians to troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Handle general administrative inquiries and maintain clear communication channels between internal departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or operational support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with field teams and clients.
- Willingness to be based in Lampung and committed to operational reliability.
