Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, social media, display networks)
- Optimize SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits
- Analyze campaign data to refine targeting, improve ROI, and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams to align ad content with brand messaging and SEO best practices
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Manage paid advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising and SEO roles
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns with proven ROI results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
