Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase company visibility and lead generation.
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance tracking for management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the brand.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and client visits.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and personal vehicle access preferred.
- Local knowledge of the Sidoarjo and Jawa Timur market is a significant advantage.
