Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our service operations team in Pulo Gadung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving After Sales Excellence, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational performance across our service departments. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of automotive or technical service lifecycles and has a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
As our Aftersales Manager, you will serve as the bridge between technical service delivery and customer retention, implementing strategies that enhance service revenue and build long-term brand loyalty. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of translating technical requirements into seamless, customer-centric processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive aftersales strategies to achieve service excellence and departmental KPIs.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow, timely maintenance, and high-quality repair standards.
- Manage and mentor the service team, providing leadership to enhance technical performance and customer service soft skills.
- Monitor service metrics, including customer satisfaction index (CSI), turnaround time, and revenue targets.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for complex service escalations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize spare parts inventory and supply chain logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and corporate operational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an After Sales Management or Service Manager role.
- Strong understanding of After Sales Excellence principles and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze service performance data, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language (Bahasa Indonesia) and technical proficiency in service management software.
- Ability to work effectively in the Pulo Gadung area and adapt to dynamic business demands.
