Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional, performance, and usability testing of telecom products and services.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue‑tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes to maintain product stability across releases.
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes.
- Assist in the creation of automated test scripts where applicable to increase testing efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in telecommunications QA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing, preferably within the telecom or IT sector.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and bug‑tracking processes.
