You will work alongside flight crew, ground operations, and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules, handle special request cleaning, and maintain compliance with aviation safety regulations. The position offers a joining bonus of $5,000 for Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents, along with career development opportunities within the SATS Group.
- Execute thorough interior cleaning of aircraft cabins, including seats, overhead bins, galleys, lavatories, and carpets.
- Perform visual and tactile inspections to identify and rectify aesthetic issues such as stains, scuffs, and damage.
- Coordinate with flight turnaround teams to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to safety, security, and environmental procedures in accordance with Singapore Aviation regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleaning efficiency and passenger satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: Primary education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or aviation is advantageous.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify for the $5,000 joining bonus.
