Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable seating arrangement.
- Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with high attention to detail.
- Clear and clean tables between courses and after guests leave to maintain a pristine dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
