Responsibilities
- Perform the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of aircraft engine components following strict Technical Manuals (TM).
- Execute precision assembly of engine modules and sub-assemblies in accordance with aviation safety standards.
- Utilize specialized precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure tolerance requirements are met.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in technical logs and digital maintenance systems.
- Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure all work meets Airworthiness Authority (CAAS/EASA/FAA) regulations.
- Support operational efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe hangar work environment.
- Identify and report any non-conformance or technical issues to team leads immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Aerospace Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in aerospace maintenance, engine overhaul, or precision mechanical assembly.
- Strong understanding of mechanical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of manual dexterity.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital logbook systems.
